• Phase 1: CAD Blueprinting — We translate your concept into a high-definition 3D digital model for your final approval.
• Phase 2: 3D Printing & Casting — The approved CAD is printed into a wax mold and cast into your selected premium metal.
• Phase 3: Hand-Setting & Polishing — Our master jewellers handset each stone using an advanced prong-setting method to ensure maximum fire and lifetime security.

Timeline: The complete process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from final CAD approval to delivery.

We utilize only premium, high-grade materials tailored to your aesthetic requirements. For our flagship stone choice, we use VVS Moissanite, which has a refractive index of 2.65–2.69 (higher than diamonds) and ranks at 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale.

Yes, RCC Jewels' VVS Moissanite will successfully pass standard thermal diamond testers due to nearly identical heat conductivity. For base metals, we offer 925 sterling silver, surgical brass, or solid 10K/14K/18K gold. Our plated pieces feature deep 7x PVD real gold plating paired with an anti-tarnish barrier to prevent any fading or skin irritation.

Because bespoke streetwear items, personalized nameplates, and custom pendants are engineered exclusively to your individual specifications, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for non-quality issues once production begins. These pieces are crafted uniquely for you and hold no resale value.

However, your masterpiece is fully protected by our signature one-year manufacturing warranty. If any unexpected craftsmanship errors or structural defects (such as loose settings) arise within one year, we will repair or exchange your piece completely free of charge.
