Refund policy

At RCC Jewels, we are committed to providing high-standard jewelry and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges for items in brand-new, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

1. Important Policy Updates (Fees & Refund Scope)

Returns (Refunds)

For returned orders, we refund the product price only.

  • Refunded: Product purchase price.

  • Not Refunded: Original shipping fees and Shipping Protection/Insurance (if applicable).

Exchanges

For exchanges, a shipping fee is charged to send the replacement item to you:

  • Please contact our Customer Service team (support@rccjewels.com) to confirm the applicable shipping fee.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


2. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items (48-Hour Notice)

If your order arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or with missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

  1. Full Name and Order Email address

  2. Clear photos and/or video of the issue

  3. A brief description of the claim

Claims made after 7 days may be ineligible for processing.


3. Return Exceptions (Final Sale Items)

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations:

  • Made to Order / Custom Pieces: These enter production immediately; no returns or cancellations are accepted once production starts.

  • Solid Gold Items

  • Mystery Boxes & Sale/Clearance Items

  • Free Gifts & Promotional Items

  • Earrings & Premade Grillz: Due to hygiene reasons, these are non-returnable.


4. How to Start a Return / Exchange

  1. Email us with the Order Number.
  2. Submit your reason for the request.
  3. Clear photos and/or video of the issue
  4. Our team will review the request and provide shipping instructions.
  5. Ship the package back and provide the tracking number to our team.
  6. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

Proof of Return Shipping:

You must use a trackable shipping service for all returns. RCC Jewels shall not be held responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit without a valid tracking number.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Internal Processing: After your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 2 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please allow approximately 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account (processing time may vary depending on your financial institution).


6. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

The warranty is void for damage caused by the user, including:

  • Scratches and accidental breakage

  • Water damage

  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Lost or stolen items

Custom Repair: We offer a one-time repair service for custom pieces.

  • Repair Fee: $50 (Shipping & Handling).
