Processing & Shipping Timelines
Delivery schedules consist of two phases: Processing Time and Shipping Transit Time.

Standard Order Processing: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: High-end custom jewelry requires specialized craftsmanship. Depending on the complexity of the design and technical requirements, production takes between 14 and 20 days.

Shipping Transit Time: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Timelines may vary slightly based on the final destination.
Tracking updates are sent automatically via the selected contact method as soon as the package is in transit.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
International shipments are generally delivered without additional duties or taxes. In the infrequent event that local customs authorities apply such charges, the responsibility for settlement lies with the recipient.

Tracking Your Order
